What is your session format?
All sessions are virtual, except Walk & Talk.
Individual, Couples, and Coaching Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
Sessions yield the most consistent results when started on a weekly basis. It is our experience that best practice would be to expect to meet weekly for 12 weeks before deciding a more long-term cadence.
MEN’S GROUP
Group of approximately 7 men will meet virtually every Wednesday at 6:00pm for 60min starting April 3, 2024. This is an 8 week commitment, attendance is critical.
All interested members must have a 15min consultation with Dan prior to being accepted, to make sure it’s a good fit for all parties.
All members are highly encouraged to be currently in individual or starting individual therapy by the time group commences.
Group is meant to compliment individual therapy not replace it. Group will allow members to work on specific items discussed during individual session while allowing Dan to observe how you engage the challenge. (eg: vulnerability, conflict, courage, connnecting, showing empathy, etc)
Do you take insurance?
We are an in-network with Aenta ONLY and an out-of-network provider with all other insurance companies. As an out-of-network provider we will provide you will the necessary paperwork to get reimbursed from your provider but it is very important you figure out what percentage they reimburse and when before starting therapy.
Walk and Talk sessions will not be in-network with any provider.
I recommend prospective clients call the number on the back of their insurance card and ask the following questions:

Does your plan include “out-of-network” coverage for mental health?
What is your annual deductible for mental health benefits?
What is your co-insurance? (What percentage does the plan cover?)
Is there a limit on the number of sessions your plan will cover per year?
What is your max-out of pocket expense?
When does my plan reset? (January 1 or another time)
It is also helpful to find out how you can submit your Super Bills to your insurance, which Sisufit automatically provides for all clients via email on a monthly basis.
Our online system takes payment via anything that acts like a credit/debit card so most HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
